WE ARE THE RESEARCH GROUP OF DRONES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF OVIEDO

Our research group is formed by highly qualified professionals specialized in different areas of engineering. Since 2014, our activity has been gradually strengthening and we have been expanding our knowledge, resources, and facilities, currently we can count with a specific laboratory and a wide range of aircrafts.

Since 2014 we have been part of all kinds of research projects, application development, analysis, assembly, etc.

FACILITIES

We have a dedicated UAS lab, several electronics labs and our own flying field just three minutes away from the main lab.

FLEET

We have a wide range of aircraft of different sizes, powers and uses. Including a multirotor category 25 Kg.

TRAINING

We provide our own training to companies and institutions, and official education in collaboration with the University of Vigo and the EPS de Enxeñaria.

WE ARE A PART OF

UAS-GIJÓN LUGO

UAS-Gijón Lugo is a collaborative team formed by UAS-UO and a group of professionals integrated in the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) made up of professors who teach mainly in different degrees of the Escuela Politécnica Superior (EPS) of the Campus of, PHD students and external collaborators belonging to entities such as the Xunta de Galicia, the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid or the Universidad de Valladolid.
